Since it began, email broadcasting has become an integral component of any email marketing strategy. It has evolved in such way that an email broadcast is now seen as a key component in generating new sales. Although research has indicated that approximately 22% of emails that are sent in an email broadcast fail to reach their target due to spam filters, the 78% that do, and the results they generate, more than justify the continued use for email broadcasting.
Over the past few years, there has been a mass of articles written about sending out email broadcasts, what works and what doesn’t etc, all of them attempting to answer the question of what makes a successful email promotion. Granada Marketing has provided some of these articles for our customers to review and they can be found by clicking here. Email articles.
The most important thing about sending an email broadcast is to remember that it is not a static process. It is constantly evolving and updating as rules and technologies change.
The below lists the steps used in sending a fax broadcast with Granada Marketing:
Granada Marketing will send emails on your behalf to a list of customers that you provide to us or, for a small fee, from our in house database of email addresses. We are able to provide lists based on sector, area code, amount of employees and many more!
Once the list is sorted, we will then upload your email, or, again for a small fee, work with you to design an email template to our software servers ready for sending as an email broadcast.
We will then send a test email to the customer so that they are able to see how the email will look and make any amendments as necessary. Once both parties are happy we will then set off the email broadcasts.
Once the job is finished, Granada Marketing then provides a complete report to our customers, detailing response rate, failure rate, opening rate and many more features!
